What buyers ask before the first run.
Q: Is there a tooling charge?
No. Fast customization runs on moulds we already hold, so there is no mould cost and no amortisation added to your unit price. A new housing shape moves the project into full OEM, where tooling is quoted separately.
Q: How low can the order go?
300 pcs on handheld devices and 500 pcs on LED masks. Below that, the practical route is ready-to-ship stock, which carries no customization but dispatches from finished goods in 3-5 working days.
Q: Do certifications still apply after customization?
The electrical and optical platform is unchanged, so the existing CE, RoHS and FCC documentation still covers the device. Changing the colour or the logo does not reset that. If you add a function, the documentation is reissued against the new configuration.
Q: Can I mix models in one order?
Yes. Minimums apply per model rather than per order, so a 500-piece order can be split across two masks at 250 each only if each line clears its own minimum. Tell us the split and we will confirm what is workable.
Q: What do you need to quote?
The model, the quantity, the colours, and any packaging direction. Artwork can follow after the quote. Without a model or a clear spec, we will propose the closest base and quote against that.
