Q: What is the MOQ for this model?
300 pcs with your logo, colourway and packaging on the existing housing. 3,000 pcs for a custom housing or custom firmware behaviour, which requires new tooling.
Q: Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. A stock sample ships in 3-5 days. A customized sample with your logo and colour takes 7-15 days. Sample cost is refundable against your first mass-production order.
Q: Do these ship with the battery documentation?
Yes. Every handheld device contains a lithium cell, so MSDS and UN38.3 reports are supplied as standard. Without them carriers will refuse the cargo, so we treat them as part of the shipment rather than an optional extra.
Q: Are spare heads and replacement parts available?
Yes. Replacement heads can be ordered alongside the device or separately. For salon chains we recommend a spare-head allocation in the first order, since a device out of service for a missing head costs more than carrying extra stock.
Q: Can you ship directly to my customers?
