Full street address and a map link are provided once an inquiry is opened. We welcome factory visits and can arrange a live video walkthrough of the production floor and QC stations if travel is not practical.

Q: Do I need an appointment to visit the factory?
Yes, please contact us in advance so we can arrange staff to walk you through production and QC. We can also set up a live video walkthrough if travel is not practical.
Q: Will you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing any design files, sketches, or specifications, and we do not show client designs to other customers.
Q: Is there a minimum order to get a quote?
No. We are happy to quote at any volume and will tell you honestly if the quantity is below our MOQ and what the alternatives are. Many clients start with a sample before committing to production.
