Assembly floor
Workstations and line layout
Electronics design, tooling, injection molding, assembly and quality control, all at our own facility in Quanzhou, China. This page shows the equipment, the process, and what you can verify for yourself.
Four capability areas, kept under one roof so fewer things can go wrong between them.
PCB design and firmware development for LED drivers, RF generators, EMS pulse circuits and battery management. We do not assemble imported modules.
CNC and injection mold development for custom housings, treatment heads and packaging inserts. Mold development runs 45–60 days.
Clean assembly lines with in-line checks, 100% functional test, battery safety verification and firmware validation before packing.
CE, RoHS, FCC and FDA documentation support, plus third-party optical and electrical test reports for your market filings.
Four clips covering the stages buyers most often want to see before placing a first order.

Four gates apply to every order, regardless of volume.
We welcome third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or any agent you nominate. Inspectors are accommodated on site during production and pre-shipment stages, and we provide access to production records on request.

Factory visits are welcome. If travel is not practical we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the production floor and QC stations.
We are a factory. Electronics design, tooling, injection molding, assembly and quality control all take place at our own facility. We do not broker production to third-party suppliers, which is why a specification change is a conversation with our engineering team rather than a wait on someone else.
Yes, and we encourage it. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own nominated agent are all welcome. We accommodate inspectors during production and at the pre-shipment stage, and we provide the inspection report alongside the shipping documents.
The team is over 200 people across engineering, production, quality control and customer service. Quality control is a dedicated function rather than a production task, and 100% of finished units receive a functional test before packing.
Yes. We store client molds free of charge for three years. If you move to a different manufacturer, we ship the tooling to you or to your nominated factory on request.
Ask anything — capacity, equipment, audit reports, or whether we can hold a production slot for your season.
