We design and manufacture LED face masks and handheld beauty devices in Quanzhou, China. Our clients are brand owners, distributors, and salon chains who need a factory that can build electronics in-house, document compliance properly, and hold to a ship date.
Lumiyan owns the production process from PCB design through final carton. Firmware, wavelength output and housing tooling are handled in-house, which is what lets us change a specification on request instead of re-selling whatever a supplier already has in stock.
That ownership matters most when something goes wrong. Because the electronics are built here, a specification problem reaches our engineering team the same week instead of waiting in someone else's queue.
Three operating principles that decide how we run a project.
Electronics, tooling, assembly, and QC stay under one roof. Fewer handoffs means fewer places for a specification to drift.
Test reports, inspection records, and certificate numbers are provided as standard, not as a favour when you ask twice.
We would rather give a conservative ship date and beat it than win an order on a timeline we cannot hold.
Started as a small electronics assembly workshop supplying local beauty brands.
Brought LED driver design in-house and launched our first 7-color LED face mask platform.

View documentationWe are a factory. Electronics design, tooling, injection molding, assembly, and quality control all take place at our own facility in Quanzhou, China. We do not broker production to third-party suppliers, which is why we can change firmware or specifications directly.
Yes, and we encourage it. We host client visits and can also arrange a live video walkthrough of the production floor and QC stations if travel is not practical. Contact us with your preferred dates and we will prepare a schedule.
The team is over 200 people across engineering, production, quality control, and customer service. QC is a dedicated function rather than a production task, and 100% of finished units receive a functional test before packing.
We export to more than 30 markets, with the strongest activity in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. We can confirm the documentation requirements and typical lead time for your specific destination.
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing any design files or specifications, and we do not show client molds, artwork, or product specifications to other customers.
Whether you are evaluating a first order or looking for a second source, we are happy to answer questions before you commit to anything.
