Packaging Development Process
What We Need From You
To quote packaging accurately we need four things. If you do not have all of them, we can work from a reference image and build the rest.
- Box type and size, or the device dimensions
- Artwork in print-ready format, or your brand assets
- Finishing preferences: lamination, foil, emboss
- Quantity and target delivery date
Artwork proofing takes 2-3 days. We supply a dieline template so your designer can lay out to the exact print specification.

Q: What is the MOQ for custom packaging?
MOQ is 500 pcs for printed folding boxes and 1,000 pcs for rigid gift boxes. Packaging may be ordered alongside a device order or separately, though combined orders reduce total freight cost.
Q: Can you match Pantone colours exactly?
Yes. We print to Pantone with a physical colour proof for approval before mass production. For brand-critical colours we recommend approving a printed sample rather than only a digital proof, since screen rendering differs from ink on paper.
Q: Do you supply a dieline template?
Yes. Once the box structure is agreed we send a dieline template in AI, PDF, or EPS format with bleed, safe area, and fold lines marked, so your designer can lay out artwork to print specification.
Q: Can packaging include regulatory labelling?
Yes. We print CE marks, WEEE and battery disposal symbols, country of origin, importer details, battery warnings, and barcode or QR codes to the requirements of your target market.
Q: How long does packaging take?
Folding boxes take 10-15 days after artwork approval, rigid boxes 18-25 days. If packaging is produced alongside a device order we schedule both to finish together so nothing holds up the shipment.
