Quotations and orders
ValidityQuotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of freight, insurance, duties and taxes.
Order confirmationAn order becomes binding when the deposit is received and the artwork and approved sample are signed off in writing.
Minimum orderMOQ is stated per model. Mixed models can be combined to reach it where the packaging and artwork are approved together.
Samples and tooling
SamplesSample fees are quoted per project and are credited against the production order where stated in the quotation.
ToolingWhere a mould is paid for by the buyer, ownership of that tooling transfers to the buyer. It is not used for any other client.
Delivery and inspection
Lead timeLead time runs from approval of the sample and artwork, not from the inquiry. Stated lead times exclude force majeure and carrier delays.
InspectionBuyers and their nominated agents may inspect before shipment. Third-party inspection is welcome at the buyer's cost.
ClaimsVisible defects must be notified within 15 days of receipt, with photographs and carton numbers so the batch can be traced.
Warranty and liability
Warranty12 months from shipment against manufacturing defects under normal use. Excludes water damage, modification and normal wear.
RemedyReplacement or credit for confirmed defective units. Liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.
Governing lawThe law of the People's Republic of China applies. Disputes go to the competent court at the seller's place of business.
